PLANT FELLOWS transfered the ownership of foreground to the host organisations and thus any Intellectual Property (IP) is subject to the host organisation’s internal regulations (e.g. local employment contracts), or if not determined to the host country’s legislation and always in compliance with the EU Model Grant Agreement Annex II.

The following document provides an overview of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) provisions applicable in the EU Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
